Just try to find a replicatable situation and I'll be on the solution like a bear is to honey.
It has to do with one of the auto-explore features, the side of the add on I don't use much. It will keep auto-explore from stopping when you encounter lore you have learned already (at a profile level).
That is why I suspect this one over ZOmnibus, but ZOmnibus touches so much that I can't say for certain it isn't the cause until I have a chance to test them sperately. I'll let you know.

"Odyssey of The Summoner" has been updated!! (Version 0.2.2)

*** Version: 0.2.2 ~ "Now with less early game...?? Awww!!"
*** This update was VERY delayed due to the "glitchiness" of the new constraints for hydra heads. Although I think I may have fixed it, I have a feeling it can be broken VERY easily, so I will immediately fix this as soon as I hear about any problems :D

[General]
(Buffs)
- There was once an earlier glitch which caused Bear Strength to provide twice as much physical power. Let's try this out and see what it breaks. :D
(BUGS)
- The Wilderness starting point has been moved over slightly (to make your next destination a little more obvious)
- Adjusted the level difficulty descriptors for "Summoner" locations. ("Summoner's Grove" IS NOT a Level 20 zone :( )

[Hydra]
(Nerfs)
- Each head in "Hydragon" now requires you to know an amount of talents from its respective talent tree (for example: Talent Level 3 of "Three Bites" now requires you to know 2 Feral Hydra talents)
- Additionally, "Breath Hydra", "Glare Hydra", and "Feral Hydra" now each require a certain number of each respective head to be learned (for example: "Incite Death" now requires you to have 4 Glare Heads before it can be learned)
- Hydragon talents now have no level requirement-- With exception to "Three Triads", which has now been doubled.
*** Upon entering the Wilderness, you will be refunded back to 1 point in each head. To be nice, I won't unequip any clasped items or reset your heads :D
- It seems I overbuffed the early game of many Feral Hydra talents. Their early, low level damage is slightly decreased now, but their late-game, scaled damage remains very powerful.
- "Drag In" will now only perform the secondary attack if the target was not already next to you.
- A slight nerf to "Recuperate"-- You will now need x1.5 mastery to achieve 40% regeneration
- "Misty" tiles now inherit the breathing properties of whatever tile they replace, meaning you can no longer breathe underwater on top of one.
(Buffs)
- "Thrash About" is slightly buffed for earlier points :D
(BUGS)
- Somewhat fixed a bug where "Mist Shroud" illusions would replicate "sensitive" effects/talents. There are plenty more bugs to be found with Hallucinations, however...
- ATTEMPTING to make mist clones behave themselves :twisted:

[Ritch]
(Buffs)
- "Bladed Mail" now has "Bleeding" retaliation instead of "Physical" retaliation. This means the damage is slower and works in less circumstances, but now synergizes with VARIOUS Ritch talents.
(BUGS)
- Corrected stat requirements for "Strewn" and "Agonize" talent trees

Entered Heart of the Gloom as a drake and one of my drakelings popped up a dialogue box with "TODO" inside. Only reply option was "TODO" as well.

Oh, I encountered that the other day, forgot to mention it.

Speaking of which, heart of the gloom can be a little buggy. My dragon wasn't able to regenerate equilibrium inside it (wasn't sure whether this was intended or not), and when my ritch went into the dreaming version, the decrease in maximum life and the inability to regenerate equilibrium stayed on him even after he left.

Playing a bit with the Ritch (no other addons, except the official ones + the 2 dlc's), I've noticed that when replacing wielded reshaped weapons with a new one, the old disappears instead of going back to inventory (tried it with the main hand slot). Looks like a bug to me, cause if it's a feature - it's rather annoying :).

The "soporific" version of "Heart of Gloom" causes your Wild Power to decrease by 50-- Which effectively makes your Wild Power 0-- Which means you have 0 Equilibrium regeneration :o
I have not decided if "-50 Wild Power" is too harsh or not-- I might decrease this to -25 in the future so that it doesn't UTTERLY cripple equilibrium regen for Avatars. What do you (and everyone else) think?

-- Also, the madness/sleepiness debuff won't come off if you teleport to the Shertul Fortress or something strange like that. That's a known bug, since it's currently programmed to be removed once you enter the wilderness-- Which is not exactly optimal, is it now? :lol:

"Engraft" talent description:
Note that unequipping impermanence weaponry will immediately destroy it.
Perhaps that note should be somewhere a little bit more noticeable...?
... Anywho, to prevent players from simply transmogrifying a weapon at 1 Durability or something (and also to make your choice of weapons a little more committal), Impermanent weapons CANNOT be unequipped-- With one exception: You use the "Reject" talent, which chucks the weapon like a projectile WITHOUT destroying it (but causing considerable durability damage).

If you don't see the message, then there's an even bigger problem at foot.

Nah, the message was there - there was nobody to read it though, it seems ;). Anyway, just a minor suggestion - maybe you could add a dialogue box/warning prompt explicitly for replacing reshaped weapons? Something like: "Are you sure you want to replace that? It will shatter into useless junk." Most of the time it won't be a big deal, but having a neat artefact blade is a different story. Alternatively, you can make the "Tag" command prevent it from unequipping (it doesn't atm)?
