as i write it, i am assuming it requires the target to actually already be infected....also, attacking a diseased enemy has a 6%, 11%, 16%, 20%, 24% chance to spread a disease from the target, to a random enemy/all enemies within a radius of 2. (only one disease can be spread at a time)
neither of these talents says "existing disease", but "spread" seems like it is the case.
if its not, then it would go something like this.
...and each of your melee attacks have a 6%, 11%, 16%, 20%, 24% chance to infect with a random disease.
