By directory, you mean TOME/t-engine-windows-x.x.x/game/addons, correct? I only see one version of each of my mods in there, no duplicates. Does a mod's data show up somewhere else?Doctornull wrote:Do you have any other duplicate addons?malboro_urchin wrote:Problem is, the error keeps occurring. Even after I delete the old nullpack.teaa from /game/addons and insert the new version into that same place, I get the same issue I described above when trying to start a new game.
From your previous log, I think you might have Arcanum and Midnight installed twice as well... sort your directory by name, so duplicates are easy to find, and remove all the old ones.
Cheers!

That's one place, yeah.malboro_urchin wrote:By directory, you mean TOME/t-engine-windows-x.x.x/game/addons, correct? I only see one version of each of my mods in there, no duplicates. Does a mod's data show up somewhere else?
Maybe you also put some old ones in C:\Users\Shabbir\\T-Engine\4.0\addon ? That's another path which your log indicates might be checked.
If you can't find the duplicate addons, start another game and post the new log.

Is it possible that there's a conflict between the Nullpack and HousePet's Tempus Fugit addon?Doctornull wrote:That's one place, yeah.malboro_urchin wrote:By directory, you mean TOME/t-engine-windows-x.x.x/game/addons, correct? Unlikely. I have both and have no issues.malboro_urchin wrote:Is it possible that there's a conflict between the Nullpack and HousePet's Tempus Fugit addon?Doctornull wrote:That's one place, yeah.malboro_urchin wrote:By directory, you mean TOME/t-engine-windows-x.x.x/game/addons, correct? According to someone on Steam, using Tempus Fugit causes the Heavy to not get his trademark artifact shield, so there might be other conflicts. I dunno.malboro_urchin wrote:Is it possible that there's a conflict between the Nullpack and HousePet's Tempus Fugit addon?
If you post your log, I can look at it.

Ah, we both have a talent called Far Strike.
That will not work.

Yeah that sounds like a recipe for a conflict.HousePet wrote:Ah, we both have a talent called Far Strike.

Is yours recent? Or is mine the namespace usurper?
EDIT: Well whichever, I just uploaded a changed internal name so we won't conflict.

Re: Nullpack v26: Less Is More
Next update will come out when 1.1.6 drops, and it's going to be vastly incompatible with existing saves, but this incompatibility is because I've vastly reduced the chance of conflicts with other addons in the future.
Other changes:
- Far Fist tree (Transcendent Fist class) re-work to better support the option of TK grasping a big weapon rather than a gem.
- Brawler-hybrids start with a point in Unarmed Mastery rather than Double Strike.
- Former Humans (i.e. Skeletons and Ghouls) may now be Embers of Gerlyk.
- Maybe some new trees if I have time before 1.1.6 drops

I wonder what changed, it did work previously.
Fix coming when I figure one out.

Re: Nullpack v26: Less Is More
Fixed. This was a minor patch to v27, and won't break saves.
Save-breaking content still reserved for 1.1.6 as promised.

Re: Nullpack 2014-01-21: Stormwarden
The New! Stormwarden builds on the Striker's Thunderstrike tree, but has no Stealth with which to buff that tree's damage, so for the Stormwarden that tree will be for just mobility and control. For damage, he's got a new Arcane Surge tree, which provides an arsenal of expensive but short-lasting self-buffs. Shalore ought to enjoy these effects.
They've also got a new generic tree, Mage Warden, which I think might be viable for other archetypes. Maybe this tree could stand as an Angolwen award for non-casters who kill Urkis? Tell me what you think.
In terms of lore, I see these guys as the fore-runners of the Temporal Warden class. They've got the same fighting style in terms of mobility and weapon-swapping, but they're not nearly as unified in theme, and their effects have a more desperate feel to them.

Re: Nullpack 2014-01-21: Stormwarden
Quick question for anyone out there: should Storm Wardens get the Archmage starting quest? Or would that be too boring / step on the Archmage's toes too much?
(In my head the Storm Wardens are associated with Angolwen.)

Re: Nullpack 2014-01-21: Stormwarden
Not sure how well that quest would work out for Storm Wardens. I'd say test it a few times and if they can win, do it. Also I'm happy that Nullpack and Crim's Draconian addon can work together to bring more challenges and adventures. I love having active developers.

Re: Nullpack 2014-01-21: Stormwarden
Transposition Strike isn't giving the Void Attunement buff if used on an enemy.
