The trap in the middle of the arena doesn't despawn in between rounds, so by round 50 you have 50 traps on one tile all spitting out the enhanced trap damages, aoes, and beams.

I'm currently experiencing this bug, but I'm not entirely sure if you mean it'll be fixed in the next release or it's fixed presently. Apologies for the necro if it's the former.

Just chiming in with a me too. Discovered that bug tonight (didn't even realize it was a bug until I saw this post!)

As far as I can tell, Darkgod posted that he fixed this after b41 was released. Thanks for enlightening me. I should probably add to this though, you can still disarm most of the traps, but the poison traps (and possibly beams, haven't checked) will continue running infinitely after being disarmed.
Edit: Although I suppose it might become a non-issue if the traps despawn properly.
