dungeon entrances protect player from world map ambush
Currently, if a player is on a dungeon entrance while in the world map, they can't be ambushed. Moreover, the would-be ambusher, such as orc patrols or long bear, disappears!

What happens on towns now? I thought it was intended... For towns anyway, especially in the east.

It was because the ambush found the terrain under the player was not ambushable. Now they check the terrain under both the player & the npcs
