[SVN 2596, Patch] Fixes in talent descriptions

I added a note in the description of Illuminate that blind chance will increase with talent level, and fixed a few typos in other descriptions (I think just missing punctuation).

Yeah, I couldn't attach a file to a PM. I guess I should stop being lazy and use pastebin or something. :-)
