That should all be fixed in v1a, just pushed out. And if I've done this right, it should also patch up the orbs the next time you enter Ruined Dungeon (or immediately if you saved there); all the orbs will be reset to untouched, to make sure the fix takes. We Apologize for the Inconvenience.™
