Here a weird interaction I found when playing Sawbutcher:
Block applies Counterstrike to enemies before they even hit you, meaning you can get a double-damage hit in and one-shot them before they got the chance to act (you can easily abuse this by using Sawbutcher's Saw Wheels to one-shot even uniques).
