Ah. Just one of the many errors caused by a project-wide tweak I made to several things with "targetting" logic. Eventually, I'll weed out all the bugs.

Good point. I don't think there's anything more disarming than a werewolf wearing a fez. This MUST be done!

"Odyssey of The Summoner" has been updated! (Version 0.6.3)
*** Version: 0.6.3 ~ "Now with more antimagic!"
[CHANGES]
- Reduced the damage reduction percentage of "Beckon The Gods" to half its amount.
*** This honestly gets to be too much once you've hit 4000 or so life...
- Shortened the duration of "Beckon The Gods" by 1 turn.
*** To mitigate the upscaling effects of category mastery.
- The cooldown effect of "Disenchant" will no longer function if cooldowns are locked (Stuns, Brainlock, etc...)
- The entire "Wild-Heart/Garden" talent tree now has an aiming circle.
- "Slaaaaather..." now has an aiming circle.
- Reduced the damage of "Cloud of Spores".

[FIXES]
- Fixed a bug with Rungof's Claw when used... Oops.
- The guards in Zigur can no longer be fooled by "Belie/Wereform".
- Fixed an issue with "Tyrannic Aura" being usable outside of your own radius... Whoops!
- Fixed an issue with "Cloud of Spores" friendlyfiring.
- Fixed a bug with "Slaaaaather..." manaburning for 100% damage (despite the description).
- Various little tweaks...

The "Stone Golem" update is going to be a big one. I want to include MANY different features in this one that I have been putting off for a long time. Particularly, being able to interact with The Summoner without being an Avatar.

Good that works. Now I can still do the Rungoff thing sometime.

Edit: I wonder how 12 headed hydra with lots of wildness and the wildness modifier mindstar skill would do with damage.

Edit: Oh, somebody made an Odyssey of the Summoner channel on the ToME chat, accessible by typing /join oots. Nobody is really using it, but I figured I would tell everyone.

It's been silent in here for a while, so I should probably explain what's happening right now...

Currently, I am making preparations for the Stone Golem release. I COULD just release this in a short period, but I don't feel like I could make it as awesome as I want it to be. To give you an idea of a few of the features I've been wanting to implement...
- A talent tree called "Concoctions", which allows you to expend Ingredients you've gathered to create unique "tonics", "salves", or "brews". This is perhaps more appropriate for the "Alchemist" class-- But that is precisely why I intended to have it taught by a "special tutor" I've been meaning to insert into the world at some point. Perhaps maybe even given its own add-on...

- Some special stuff concerning the Tinkerer's hideout when you rescue them as an escort. I won't say too much about where and what this all might entail... :D

- There is going to be a "special" interaction if you somehow manage to become both "blighted" and "antimagic" at the same time...

- Zigur will actually become a friendly and accessible place for Avatars-- Given you meet "certain conditions"...

- "Myths"... What are they? Where did they come from? WHO are they...? I want to flesh these details out because it is actually a major point in the "Therianthropy" plot (yes, even The Summoner is somewhat involved in their existence-- Hence why he seems to know their names).

- The Summoner will be mortal: How would the story change if he were to, by some misfortune... Perish?

- MUCH, much more...


For now, these are all mostly teasers, and it will require a bit of time to complete these. I consider all of these as "the final stages" of the plot, whereas our recent time together has been the 2nd stage, and very early on was the 1st stage. The truth will be unveiled-- And I will finally be able to get some sleep at night... :lol:

As I always say: Bear with me-- It'll be good. :D


Edit: Oh, I should also mention most of these features are already mostly done. It won't take THAT long!

This update is going to be a while. I've decided to take my time on releasing this one so that it can be more feature-complete.
If you want to know how things are going though:

- Stone Golem is pretty much done, but as I said: The mechanics are so different, you are hardly playing an Avatar anymore-- And I don't like this. Needs more tweaking...
- "Myths of Maj'Eyal" is looking good. Almost all the myths are done, but "a certain something" is not quite finished yet, so it still needs a lot of work.
- Lots of talent trees that Avatars were supposed to get, but haven't. For example, Hydra was supposed to get one that involved using Nature/Acid damage.

You probably shouldn't wait up though. I honestly don't know when I'll be done doing all of this. Whenever that is, this might be the add-on's biggest update yet...

Okay, I was running another fire drake run (crossing my fingers that bizarre char vault issues won't ruin it), and I have to say, Multi Hued Drake Scales is still ridiculously game breaking power. Get it and max it and you will be near immortal. If you get Wild Resolve too, you will pretty much NEVER die.

Well... My online char sheet broke AGAIN. I made it all the way to High Peak, but now it stopped updating. (Here it is: https://te4.org/characters/196824/tome/ ... ce88ceb7c2). I didn't notice it had stopped updating until I had won, so now (again...) it failed. Anyways, it feels like this may be an addon thing (and I only have your addons and the official ones enabled on it), since it has happened twice playing as a fire drake, but I don't really know much about the online charsheet, so that may be incorrect. Anyone have any suggestions on how to avoid this in the future? I want a win with every OotS class in my character vault, so this has been rather a bother (admittedly, I'll probably never manage ritch anyways. I am AWFUL beyond belief at it, but still).
