Do effects tick down during extra turns?
Do effects tick down during extra turns? E.g I cast Time Stop or hit someone repeatedly with a weapon giving "x% chance of gaining y% of a turn" on hit, would waiting out those turns reduce my e.g. Stun duration?

No. Timed effects tick down on global turns. That's why movement infusions have a duration of ~2 instead of ~20.
I'm unsure about time stop - I've never used it. It might be doing something funky behind the scenes. Gaining X% of a turn definitely doesn't, though.
