Hum weird, did you have a curse of vulnerability on you maybe ?
It makes things HURT.

As for the sunwall. Well you are an undead, a creature of darkness usualy associated with all that is evil, even if you are not.
They are sun paladins, they channel the magic of the sun.
They atatck you on sight without your cloak :)

I do not think that I had a curse of vulnerability, but maybe I do not remember properly. They really should be a way to keep the combat log...

Just a remark on another point. During the fight I was killed and resurrected (for a short period!) thanks to my undead talents. After that, I was quite vulnerable, as all my sustained spells were desactivated and they were all in a large cooldown. It was not a real problem as Pallando was almost finished, but in another situation, it could be fatal. I think the sustained spells should be kept active after a resurrection, or at least their cooldown should reset. Indeed, I do not really see the interest of a large cooldown for sustained spells. I already by mistake desactivated some (using ctrl-6 instead of shift-6, for instance) and the CD is quite annoying.

Let me rephrase that: dying can be quite fatal ? ;)

But I meant that this could be a false resurrection. For instance, with feather wind, you can carry a very heavy stuff. If you resurrect feather wind will be desactivated and on CD for many turns, so you cannot move, you cannot drop the enough items rapidly (as you need one turn per dropped item), you can just phase door or teleport, but again with CD constraints. You will have no way to hide, to dodge projectiles... As most of the time resurrection happens in a battle field, you may be surrounded by foes, and completely vulnerable.

But my point is also that I do not understand why there is a long CD for sustained spells. CD is a great idea to avoid abuse of spells and it really give a real interest in the game. But why do arcane power have a CD of 30? I personnally never switch it off when I play a mage, and I really do not see what kind of abuse there could be if this spell (or stone skin, or feather wind, etc) just had no CD at all.
