But I meant that this could be a false resurrection. For instance, with feather wind, you can carry a very heavy stuff. If you resurrect feather wind will be desactivated and on CD for many turns, so you cannot move, you cannot drop the enough items rapidly (as you need one turn per dropped item), you can just phase door or teleport, but again with CD constraints. You will have no way to hide, to dodge projectiles... As most of the time resurrection happens in a battle field, you may be surrounded by foes, and completely vulnerable.
But my point is also that I do not understand why there is a long CD for sustained spells. CD is a great idea to avoid abuse of spells and it really give a real interest in the game. But why do arcane power have a CD of 30? I personnally never switch it off when I play a mage, and I really do not see what kind of abuse there could be if this spell (or stone skin, or feather wind, etc) just had no CD at all.
