I'm not sure if this is a bug or just a really underwhelming artifact, but are the Vestments of the Conclave supposed to be (0,0) 3magic/10%arcane/3%spell crit even if you're a human (Cornac)?
A quick search showed it was 'fixed' in b15 or so, but I think that was referring to how it ate armor.

The additional stats do not show up in the description for humans but they should correctyl apply still
