I just found a "hardened leather sling of speed". Curious about the effect of "of speed" I look at the item description. Nothing in it gives a value for the "speed". Now if I could USE a sling I would equip it and look at the "Speed" value on my Character Sheet. It would seem "Speed" of the weapon would be worth displaying in the Item Description though along with the other information there.

I think it is a flat 20% decrease in the time it takes to fire a shot, so you get 5 one-turn shots (for example, multishot is a one-turn shot even though several shots are fired) in the time it usually would take to have 4. It says it something like Speed -20% or something on the item's detail description.
