Summoner - saving Derth bug?

Went to Derth, had fire imps blast everything, no quest. Pretty sure I checked everywhere for a hidden elemental...

Also, is it just me, or does thunder breath look more like water?

I very nearly put Bree in the title.... this is gonna take some getting used to >.>

I've found air elementals hanging around on the crescent-shaped outer regions of Derth, which makes them a pain to get to. All I can suggest is going through the entire town again, including the crescents in the north and south. I haven't had that quest fail for me yet (unless I die, but that doesn't count).
