Black Floors (Stuck, and some comments)

So, I haven't played TOME4 since like Beta 7 or something. I started a new character and when I went to level 3 of the Trollshaws, the ground was black. I could still see trees and enemies and weapons, etc. It didn't really hinder me at all except there was a black bear that blended into the ground. So I pressed on to the exit and now whenever I try to go to level 4 of Trollshaws it's stuck generating the level.

Also. I don't like the enemies having actual graphics. I think it was better when you saw a white G, you knew it was a generic Golem. Now I have to put my mouse over each enemy to see if it's a generic version or not.

Update: Ok. I went back one level, then went forward one level and was able to go to the next level. But the tiles are still black.

Update 2: Died on that character and started a New Game. Now tiles, characters, trees, enemies, everything is pitch black.

I have to ask, did you load your beta 7 character? It sounds like a backwards compatibility issue.

Na it's the mysterious beta15 bug I'm still hunting :/

I'm actually on a different computer, so I don't have any of my old save files. Which BTW I like the online profile thing.

You can turn tiles off you know, if you prefer to see the game in ASCII. In-game press escape and go to graphical options.

Hi !

Same Bug here:
On Level 3 of the Trollshaws,the Groundtiles were all dark,
I could only see the Trees.
I also have another bug:
The Journal screen does not show up,neither using the appropriate key
nor the menu with Escape.
And a third bug (I think):
Also beginning on Level 3 of the Trollshaws,the money I pick up
gets added as real money-objects in my inventory,not added to my
money pool.I can drop these piles of money like normal objects.

Please excuse my not-so-good english,
I am from Germany.

Yeah, I switched the graphical settings, but none of them resemble the previous betas with ASCII enemies and graphical backgrounds.

Also another bug. I started a new character, did 2 levels of Trollshaws and 3 of the other beginning place and when I enter the town I can't use any of the shops.
