Orc Ambushes out East

My current character (Dunaden Anorithil) is liking these ambushes. Just walking to the city after teleporting from the mines for the first time I had four ambushes and picked up four artifacts. Unfortunately these don't help my character (two daggers and two shields) but it was neat finding so many so quickly!

I thought it was a bit much. I hit three ambushes in a very short period of time.

The first one was fun and exciting. The second one a bit less. By the third I knew what to expect and didn't feel challenged or threatened. Was just a speed bump on my way to where I was going.

But... I'll withhold judgment for now. Beta 14 is already changing the way these are done I believe.

Ambushes are a PitA currently... move one square, ambush, waste 30 secs saving the zone, kill orcs, waste another 30 secs loading the world map, move one square, ambush...
Anyone remembers Pool of Radiance? Move, random battle, spend 1 hour doing turn based battle against tons of shit, win, move, random battle...
