Minimum distance for teleport

It's really frustrating when I read a scroll of teleport and end up six squares away from where I started. Is it possible to have a minimum distance?

I believe the non-targeted version of Teleport already has a minimum distance of 15. Were you using the targeted version?

Ah, indeed the scrolls do not have the minimum distance parameter. DG, should this be the same 15 as in the talent?
