Very funky - lots of nice little improvements in there.

Uh, one suggestion though - to improve mouse-only play it'd be nice if the item commands in the menu appeared nearer the cursor. Currently when selecting to use/wear/drop an item you have to click on it and drag the cursor all the way down to the little box, which is obviously difficult for people with broken wrists or who are just lazy like me.
