Does slow digestion stack?

I agree here, though it's interesting to note that if you have both Slow Digestion and Regeneration that you'll go through food quicker than if you had neither active. Maybe it's just me.

Someone on the oook forums posted the regeneration rules awhile back, and yes, with both on you lose food faster than if you had neither. I seem to recall it being something like regen doubles your food intake, and slow digestion cuts it by a constant amount, but I could be wrong.
