i'm dying of black breath!

I absolutely love this game! I've created several characters to see what method of fighting I like best. Currently I have a level 42 human Alchemist. He's pretty advanced, and it took a long time to get him there. I just recently fought Je Indur Dawndeath and defeated him with no problem. But every time I hit him, it said my soul was being called upon and i contracted something called Black Breath. It wasn't a problem at first, because i just use my rod of recall to go to the nearest town, unload stuff and heal, then zap back. But when i go to the world map and travel, this black breath saps my experience big time with every step!! I really don't wanna start my boy over again. How do i get rid of this accursed Black breath before i wither to a mindless, inexperienced pulp?!! Help me, I'm melting......

Ever read the books? Aethlas (spelling I know), cures black breath. I prefer to call it kingsfoil.

There is a shop in Gondolin that will cure the BB.

also there is a store in gondolin that will get rid of it (aka herbal healing). I think it is the very far right store.
