[1.7.6] Missing acorn reward from Tranquil Meadow

I cleared all enemies in the Tranquil Meadow (special zone for Cursed class), picked up all drops, and choose all the evil options, but when I left the zone I still had Kyless' Book plot item and I never received the iron acorn item reward. I haven't played Cursed very much, so I'm not sure if this bug is reproducible or just a weird edge case.

Same happened to me. There was a strange occurrence when I first zoned into Tranquil Meadow, like I spawned in ahead of the entrance and had to backtrack to trigger the initial fight. Unfortunately, this occurred in a previous game session, so it is not in the attached log. However, the completion of the Keepsake quest is in the log (see my following post) with no acorn to be found.

I had to split my log up into multiple files, compress them, and upload them across 2 posts to get it all up here, although most of it is unrelated T2 play. The last log, te4_log4.txt, has the final Keepsake fights and quest completion.
