How do I start the DLC content/zones?

Ashes of Urh'Rok says "Two new zones, with all-new art, foes, and bosses! You've seen the plains of the Fearscape before, now see the lairs and headquarters of the demons themselves!"
So where are those zones? Are they only for the new classes, or can I use my old character to do them?

Same for Forbidden Cults:
"...adds many new zones for you to explore and die in:

Kroshkkur: An ancient Sher'tul Fortress laying half in ruins that serves as a focal point, and home, for all kinds of creatures seeking lost knowledge.

I'v been wandering the world map all around, and can't find them. Do I need to start with a new character or?

Short answer: yes, new DLC contents and/or zones would only be accessible on new characters, not existing ones.

Slightly longer answer: in addition to starting a new character, certain zones will only be accessible if you start with either the new race or class of the DLC, i.e. Kroshkkur will only be accessible if you start with either a Drem or any of the 2 new classes of Forbidden Cults.

Welcome to the forums Vogelweide,

As Mckwack has posted, many of zones (both of the Ashes ones IIRC) are only accessible by the new classes (other features like new monsters, dungeon features and items are available generally). With Forgotten Cults:

Kroshkkur...The Maggot

Only available to the DLC classes.

The Godfeaster...
The Scourge Pits...Forbidden Tomes...Occult Egress...The Entropic Void...

These will be available (though tied to events, level, game plot and items found) to all characters. You will need to start a new game to benefit from any DLC though.
