"Upload Charsheet" game option always enabled

In Game Options -> Online, "Upload charsheet to the vault" is always displayed as "Enabled" on game start, regardless of how it was saved previously. Bugged me for the longest time, until I finally bothered to look into it now lol. Turns out that screen is checking for "upload_charsheet.cfg" but what's actually being saved to disk is "tome.upload_charsheet.cfg". I'm not sure which of the two is checked w.r.t. actually uploading charsheets, but that fix at least causes it to display "Disabled" on the settings menu.
