How to trigger Bear/Poosh

I bought them with coins and the website says Owned (1) but I don't know how to actually trigger them...please help

Open the shop in-game, there should be an option to activate them there.

FYI I have never bought them before, but that's how I think it should be to activate the event(s).
Growing old is mandatory..
Growing up, is completely optional.. ;)

What shop do you mean? I don't see any option for a shop in-game
