Yeah, basically in the lategame it can be a bit of a struggle to get both on items due to the ironical rarity . So we could enable them to work on green or blue items in addition to white ones.
It's kind of an old item set and could maybe use a little bit of a buff as well, but I believe the first step would be making it useable, since currently getting two decent white tier 5 items is weirdly difficult
Crystal Heart and Crystal focus should work on green items
