Ogre Arcane Blade current mechanics

Hi, I like Ogres and I like Arcane Blades so I wanna play an Ogre Arcane Blade.

1) In-game tooltip for Grisly Constitution says that it only reduces OFF-HAND procs. All the threads I could find only talk about reducing all procs, as far as I understood. Which one is it at the moment?

2) Am I correct that proc reduction from Grisly Constitution halves damage and not the chance? Want to double check that if I dual wield with Arcane Combat it won’t just stop working completely.

3) Is it still the case that Earthen Missiles aren’t coded as a proc, so I a) wouldn’t get staff accuracy bonus on it on Arcane Combat b) wouldn’t get the Grisly Constitution penalty?

4) Does it actually throw all 3 Earthen Missiles projectiles when Arcane Combat works? Wouldn’t wanna use up cat point to unlock Stone if I just end up using Lightning

1. It's all procs.

2. Yes, proc damage is halved.

3. Yes, Earthen Missiles are a projectile and thus do not benefit (nor get penalized) by proc dmg modification

4. It throws 3 Eathen Missiles if you have 5 points in the Earthen Missiles talent. Otherwise 2
