Do you still have the error stack trace? Somewhere near the folder where your savefiles live, there should be a folder named "error-reports" with text readouts of all the stack traces you've had; if you could attach it here, it would help with debugging.

Re: [v.1.3.0+] Nur Kit
[sound F/X: source diving] Ah, I see; my deep wizardry for making water breathing gear for the Last Hope stores collided with the game's even deeper wizardry for making the Telos Spire of Power. (Seriously, I'm not entirely sure that part of the entity creation code is even supposed to work the way I'm using it…) At any rate, I've tightened up the code a bit, and my tests confirm that the staff can now be successfully created, and the water breathing store gear is still generated the way it should be. That's going out as v4a.2. We Apologize for the Inconvenience.™

Re: [v.1.3.0+] Nur Kit
Fired up a Hammer of Urh'Rok character recently, just on a lark. This campaign's version of Lake of Nur starts you with several hundred turns worth of temporary air when you first enter the zone — which in my experience is just about enough to properly explore roughly the first level and a half.
I mean, I appreciate the thought, but ultimately, limited air is just not enough. So in v4b, we place a piece of water-breathing gear on the first level of the Lake. I try to do it in an in-theme way.
