[1.7.4] Able to give generic talent category rewards to party members when it would be a waste

You can give the talent category rewards from escorts (various), "The fall of Zigur" quest (Corruption/Hexes), and the Old Psi-Machine in EoR (various) to a party member, if the party:canReward function returns true for them. In particular, you can give them to Alchemist golems, Worm That Walks, and Mecharachnid pets. For Alchemist golems and Mecharachnids, this would be a waste, because they don't get generic points from leveling up. So they wouldn't have any points to put in the category's talents. (The only exception would be if you gave them the 2 generic points from the "Agent of the arena" quest.) This isn't a problem for the Worm That Walks party member, because they get generic points as they level up.

Additionally, escorts and "The fall of Zigur" quest give their category rewards as locked trees (at least when you don't have the tree at all yet, which will be true for these party members). Alchemist golems, Worm That Walks, and Mecharachnid pets do not get any category points with which to unlock these categories. So if the player gives them a talent category this way, they won't be able to use it, and it will be a waste. This is not a problem for categories from the Old Psi-Machine, since they are rewarded as unlocked trees.

Therefore, currently, the only category reward to a party member that isn't a waste is an Old Psi-Machine reward to a Worm That Walks (unlocked + gets generic points). All other combinations are wasted.

I think that the player should be prevented from wasting these category rewards these ways, or at least they should be given a warning.
