[1.7.3] Incorrect duration of Animate Blade summon

The description of Animate Blade (the talent that can be activated via the Bladed Rift artifact) says that the animated blade lasts for 10 turns. However, the code says that it will last for 15 turns when used by the player (summon_time = 15). So either the description or the code needs to be changed. (Also, the blades will last for 1000 turns when the talent is used by Ak'Gishil, but that probably doesn't need to be mentioned.)
