[1.7.2] Doubled bonus on Limmir's amulet - bug or feature?

For Limmir's amulet, the bonus from first gem is doubled, the bonus from second is standard specified. Checked this for diamond/fire opal and fire opal/diamond combination. Does it work as intended?

Limnir's uses 2 gems of your choice + random 3rd gem. Most likely it rolled the same gem twice. Can you post a picture of some of these "oddities"?

I didn't know about third random gem. Yes, I think this is the case. I was confused by the fact that the first three amulets Limmir made for me were with a duplicate bonus. But now, after checking this about 40 times, I can say that the double bonus is not that difficult to get. And even 2-3 such amulets in a row are not so rare.
