[1.7.2] Screen Color Stays After Iceblock

After being frozen by Wrathroot, the iceblock screen color change became permanent.

This happens to me from time to time too, but a restart has fixed it every time thus far.

I've found subsequently getting iceblocked fixes it. But yes, ideally it wouldn't happen in the first place.
