How to troubleshoot uploading te4 profile issues?

My current char last updated at lv36 in char vault, but not for the next 10 levels. The achievements seem to be updating on the Profile page, eg it shows hitting lv40. I'm wondering likely causes? , logs to check? Thanks for any help.
