[1.7b3] Meteroric Crash eats exit portal from land of poosh
It seems to be tradition that with each new version we find something else that meteoric crash wants to mess with. After meteoric crash dealt the deathblow to Kaled it seems that the portal did not spawn. or perhaps it did, and the terrain reversion then removed it. For reference this was in the infinite dungeon, which may or may not have something to do with it.

Meteors (and other terrain manipulation) can screw with portal spawning of various places (Temporal rift in Daikara, Godfeaster, Tannen's tower~)
