Soul Leech not providing souls

It seems that Soul Leech isn't providing souls when skeletons kill enemies.

I noticed this too. It was working correctly at the start of 1.7.0 but is no longer working in the last week or so. It's also any minion, not just skeletons.

One other related thing I've notices is that it now switches between a 9 and 10 max soul capacity. When the necromancer is the one to kill the creature instead of a minion, it changes from 0/9 to 1/10 and then goes back down to 0/9 a few turns later once the souls are spent. I do have Hiemel Shield in effect so the 0/9 is expected, but when I kill the enemy my shield is not broken so it should still be at 1/9 not 1/10.

Just downloaded beta3. Actually it looks like it might not matter if it's the minion or the hero doing the final blow. It doesn't work at all...
I could clear Norgos lair via only minions and tehebonly souls I'd get were on levelup.
Then I tried to kill the something using only spells and no difference.

The debuff is applied, and doesn't matter if its 14 turns left or 5 it doesn't give a soul when the creature is killed.
