1.7b1Runeskin bonuses are wrong

PC get 2 hp less - 178 instead of 180=36*5.
PC get 2% crit chance less - 18% instead of 20=4*5.

I think talent descriptions always round to the nearest whole number, whether that is a big or a design choice I'm not sure.

Then it could show 3.5% instead.
Math sould be precise.
