Newly summoned dreadmaster after taking the 4th talent in the tree does not have dispel magic.

other feedback about necro:
Necro needs native ways (without costing a category point) to move the summons around. Currently, they are often blocked by the player or escort thus useless in the battle. And worse than useless, they will push the escort far away from the level's entrance upon level generation, into groups of enemies, making it even more impossible to save the escort.
Necro also needs native ways to destroy permanent summons. Currently, the player cannot replace low level summons with better summons upon level up. Let's say you want to replace a low level dreadmaster with a higher one, you have to let the enemy kill the existing dreadmaster among your sea of summons. Given the survivability of dreadmaster, that means all of them.
