"Unsupported charsheet, too old."

For some time I've found that all of my character sheets cannot be accessed by myself or other people for as long as my character is alive, with the message displayed being that the charsheet's too old. One quirk of this seems to be that any wins achieved appear neither in the winners table nor the Character vault, as is the case with my "WOT R U DOING IN MA SWAMP" winner, even if I have acquired the corresponding achievements.

To note, I use only the official addons and the charsheet seems to become available after my character has died.

Just to double check: you aren't playing on an older version of the game (e.g. pre 1.6)?

This happens to me everytime I make a new character. I found out that if you simply 'save and exit' to either the menu/desktop, the character data gets logged onto the website thus allowing you to view it. The message is very strange, never made since to me because it occurs when I make new characters--impossible to be too old to view lol Not sure if this will eliminate your issue with winners but it should work if when making new toons and wanting to view their stat page.
