Wrong speed on Shadow Grasp

My attack speed is 113%
My mainhand is swordbreaker, giving my mainhand 125.6% AS

Skills using weapon speed take 88% of a turn (so they actually use attack speed, not weapon speed ?)
Shadow Grasp use Combat Speed and take 106% of a turn ??

Shadow Grasp should use weapon speed instead.


EDIT : This gets worse. When in combat, the speed of SG changes to 96% of a turn. As soon as the char is out of combat, it goes back to 106%
