Frenzy doesn't work with Sun Ray
As a Drem Sun Paladin, Frenzy won't allow you to ignore the cooldown on Sun Ray, even when Sun's Vengeance isn't active so it takes a turn to cast. I imagine the reason that this bug exists is because it is instant when Sun's Vengeance is active, but there's no reason Frenzy shouldn't affect it otherwise.
