Using "Activate: item" (for example, "Activate: Spellhunt Remnants") makes the use action instant, regardless of what item it is

E: After further testing, this doesn't work on things that summon anything (Egg-sac of Ungolë, Crystal shard~) but it does work on, for example, boots with the "of rushing" ego
