So i made this spreadsheet about tinkers and ideas for tinkering.
Feel free to comment, i'll integrate comments into the full suggestions.

The main purpose is to make less popular tinkers better and to assess, whether tinkers have the right requirements, or whether required talent point investment for specific tinkers should be increased.
