[1.5.10] Apprentice Mage is hostile to Krog

I know you can't do the Apprentice Task quest as an antimagic character, but in the past the NPC gave you a dialog and then disappeared. As a Krog, the worldmap NPC is hostile but doesn't actually attack you. Not a big deal, but it does make travelling on the world map a little annoying. I would suggest changing it to the old behavior where it gives a dialog before disappearing.
