Shielding bonuses shown inconsistently on tooltip

The archmage sustain Shielding provides +x% strength to damage shields. This boost is reflected in the tooltip for shielding runes, but not in the tooltip for the talent Time Shield or for the Rune of Reflection. It should probably be included either everywhere or nowhere to avoid confusion.
