"You focus the aether into a spinning beam of arcane energies, doing [X] arcane damage and having 25% chance to silence the creatures it pierces.

The beam will also damage its epicenter each turn for 10% of the damage (but it will not silence).

The beam spins with incredible speed (1600%) and can only hit the same target up to 3 times inbetween their turns."

This is at the CENTER of the beam. Nothing that is happening matches the stated description of the talent.

Vor Pride has also had a pile of other strange occurences this playthrough that I cannot file a bug report on because they are incomprehensible. Firey wakes activating twice between turns at normal gspeed, sustains deactivating without a log message. And of course the skynet AI can perfectly move on your location every turn WHILE BLINDED even if you deliberately circle them.

Not that it's any more trackable, but I certainly feel like I've seen a handful of 'did that just trigger 4-6 times' at normal global speeds.
