They're being buffed next patch, likely. Most recent proposal has them going up to +12, which might even still be a bit low.

I think the problem with saves is a bit more complex than that. The rng within it doesn't matter at all, as a consequence danger sense is just useless etc. Pumping up numbers seems like a temporary fix if any.
