King Cobra Bulwark used TL2 Rush twice within five turns. It didn't have any equipment with the Rush ego. I as the player had rush boots, if that matters.

Oh, the initial cooldown of Rush (2) when examining the enemy was 51, which is also weird.

Appears elsewhere - Warmaster Gnarg used Warshout on two consecutive turns without special equipment.
