[1.6.1]Meteoric Crash does not apply highest dam inc to fire

In mod/class/interface/combat.lua Line#2284, auto_highest_inc_damage only applies when the inc value is above 0, which is intended to solve the bug of Temporal Form. However, it introduces a new bug that Meteoric Crash does not apply highest dam inc to fire dam. Meteoric Crash is affected since it modifies auto_highest_inc_damage to fire type dam and set additional inc amount to zero.
