Any Reason to Have Such a Graded Rest?

Currently, when you rest, you'll first rest to full hp for all party members, full resources and ammos for yourselve. Then rest to no CD if still any. Then rest to recall if recalling. Then rest to full charge of all fixdarts in inventory. Actually is there any reason to rest like this instead of resting directly to the "full state" which meets all these conditions?
