[1.6B4] Upon death several kill mentions for a creature

Upon killing an ennmy I sometime have 2 killing message for an ennemy instead of one.

The logs with the behaviour happening with a green worm mass I just killed.

I've noticed this as well for a while, this seems to happen often when you have multiple different damage types or instances that overkill a creature (e.g. the first hit of Flurry kills a creature but it hits it two more times before the creature's death is registered).

This is anecdotal though, I haven't done significant research, just adding my part. I also don't know for sure Flurry triggers this, that was just an example, FYI.

Moonlight ray do it for sure for me.

Also searing light just did a triple for me. It did proc the demonic soul. And there were some lingering damage from a darkness effect on the same turn.
